
Dishing up tasty south western cuisine
Hills Balfour was tasked with raising consumer awareness of Arizona through destination PR – particularly with the 22 Native American tribes found in the Grand Canyon state. The team worked extremely close with the production team of Jamie’s American Road Trip, to secure Arizona as one of a handful of core US destinations to be featured in the series. A one hour long programme, dedicated to Arizona and the Navajo tribe, was broadcast to millions of UK viewers. A cook book, Jamie’s America, followed when the series came to an end which included key imagery and details regarding Arizona. Further press coverage was secured in The Daily Mail and The Sunday Times, along with glossy magazines and key regional publications.
Overall, the campaign achieved an audience reach of 8.1 million and a media value of over £800,000.
