PromPeru partnered with Hamley Toyshops, one of the leading children’s retailers in the UK, in order to celebrate Paddington Bear’s 50th birthday and spread the word out about his stunning and exciting place of birth: Peru. Utilising a three-part campaign in conjunction with Borders Bookstores, Hamleys Toyshops and First Great Western Trains. Hills Balfour delivered print, online, in-store and event day promotions that targeted DINKS, empty nesters and families. The campaign featured a dedicated microsite and the three partner campaigns were featured on the official Paddington Bear website.

The total reach of the consumer travel marketing campaign was over 24.61 million people for a value of £320,000 (from a budget of £52,000).
