Isabel Salgueiro
Account Executive
What I have done…
Having lived in Africa, Asia, America, and Europe, I grew up admiring different cultures and different places, which drew me to aventure and travel. Before starting my bachalors in PR in London, I took a gap year to explore the many adventures the world had to offer me. I soon learned to embrace getting lost in Europe's confusing rail system, the Asian exotic 'insect' cusine and the effecient 'thumbs up' approach to getting a ride in Morrocco.
What I do now…
I initially joined Hills Balfour as an intern, but was offered a position as an account executive in the PR team. I am involved in several accounts including Arizona, North Carolina and Malaga. I also work on Portugal, an account where my roots play an important role as I am Portuguese!
What I do for fun…
As the job suggests, I travel whenever I can, preferably to places with beaches. When I can't, I love to go to the cinema, cook for friends and family, listen to Brazilian music, take photographs and go for long walks around the magical streets of London.
What I bring to Hills Balfour…
I bring a little of the Portuguese tradition to the office, making it even more international and multicultural. To the rest of the team I bring an academic background in PR with modern and innovative insight.
