Challenge:

As the global hospitality market continues to become more competitive and seek new offerings to satisfy changing consumer lifestyles, Jumeirah recognised an opening in the market for a younger, slightly more budget conscious consumer that still demanded a real sense of style and a host of new experiences.

 

Solution:

Jumeirah, traditional known for its opulent five star properties, chose to launch a global four star offering to cater to the younger, more adventurous traveller looking to get the most out of every city they visit. The new offering was named Zabeel House and HB were engaged to create the brand - both strategy and ID and all communications around initial launches in Dubai and London.
