Since graduating from Tourism Management in 2008, Ela has carved out her career as a marketeer both in-house and agency side. Ela has also spent a number of years across media and influencer relations and thus brings a holistic, integrated approach in all that she does.
Ela spent her formative years growing up in Istanbul, which led to a passion for tourism and the desire to travel the globe in her 20s. During her career, Ela has worked in-house for tour operators Titan Travel and Railbookers and also agency side on behalf of the Turkish Tourist Board, Pegasus Airlines, Visit Florida, Hertz and Lonely Planet. Ela joined Hills Balfour in 2022 and is responsible for strategic direction, innovative marketing campaigns and continuous brand elevation across all her accounts.
