Emma graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2016 with a 2:1 BA Hons in English & American Literature. Having completed an internship across multiple company disciplines at Hills Balfour in the summer of 2015, Emma re-joined Hills Balfour on a permanent basis as an Assistant Account Executive in the summer of 2016. Since then, Emma has progressed to an Account Director position, working across multiple North American and Middle Eastern accounts. Emma has gained valuable experience across various account sizes, and managed accounts through the COVID-19 crisis. Emma’s experience lies in being an account lead on all integrated marketing activity, from trade and business development, to fully integrated campaigns.
