INTRODUCING JUMEIRAH TO NEW CUSTOMERS GLOBALLY

Challenge:

In order to fuel the growth of Jumeirah Group globally, the brand needed to introduce itself and acquire new customers across all relevant source markets, making certain that as many as possible booked directly through jumeirah.com.

 

Solution:

An end-to-end communications process – from strategy, to communications planning, through to creative concept and delivery.

A proprietary planning process workshop was run with all key stakeholders to define the role of communication across varied audiences and markets which then informed creative development. A new brand manifesto was defined as well as a holistic communications framework, defining key channels to market and primary messaging. Once the campaign was in market, Jumeirah were the most viewed hotel chain worldwide on youtube within a month of launch.
