JUMEIRAH GROUP GLOBAL IMC / CREATIVE ROLL OUT

Challenge:

In 2013, Jumeirah needed to acquire new customers globally to fuel the growth of the group worldwide. They also needed to ensure that they book direct at the Jumeirah.com website.

 

Solution:

We ran a strategic planning process with all Jumeirah departments including group sessions and departmental sessions. A communications platform was developed to match their specific task profile, a full framework was developed and the first fully integrated and holistic initiative for the brand across all departments at a corporate level and across all 20 properties.

 

Creative included:

13 films, 700 digital banners in 5+ languages, 2 photo shoots

It was a successful effort, with the group becoming the most viewed hotel group worldwide on YouTube within a month.
